Service Description

IconAtelier is an app icon editor for iOS. It includes optional AI image generation (using your own OpenAI API key).

Your Content

• You keep ownership of the icons and projects you create

AI Generation

AI generation uses your own OpenAI API key and is subject to OpenAI's terms of service. You are responsible for your use of OpenAI and for any costs it incurs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IconAtelier to:

• Create or distribute infringing or unlawful content
• Interfere with the app or its services

Third-Party Services

IconAtelier uses:

• OpenAI for optional AI generation (governed by OpenAI's terms)

Use of this feature is subject to its terms of service.

Disclaimer

IconAtelier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide a reliable app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or data preservation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of IconAtelier, including data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of IconAtelier after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using IconAtelier at any time by deleting the app.
